12R-LOX-IN-1 (Compound 4a) is a 12R-LOX inhibitor (IC50 = 28.25 µM) that reduces keratinocyte hyperproliferation, colony formation, and levels of ROS and pro-inflammatory cytokines in Imiquimod-induced psoriatic models. This small molecule is a useful research tool for studying psoriasis pathology in vitro.
