COX Antibody

AMG-811 is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells, which specifically targets interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and inhibits the downstream inflammatory signaling pathway by neutralizing its binding to the receptor. AMG-811 is often used to study the immune response mediated by IFN-γ and its role in autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus).
