Recombinant Human THPO Protein, C-His is produced in Mammalian Cells and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of Ser22-Gly353 and carries the C-His tag. With a molecular weight of 38.73 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
