anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibody at 1/5000 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1294278 overnight at 4°C.
Immunofluorescence: Cells were stained with orb1294278 anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibody (green) at 1:500 and 4°C. DAPI (blue) was used as the nuclear counter stain.
