Our lab generates a lot of protein knockouts in mouse embryonic stem cells using crispr-cas9 technology. We use Western Blots and subsequent sequencing to screen potential knockout clones. Not bad for screening knockouts, but there is a nonspecific band close to the expected band which complicates analysis. I think the lower band is the correct band, though I can't be sure.

It is a good cell-surface blocking antibody(HTF1). I used it in one-stage and two-stage clotting assays with the conc. of 10 ug/ml in Human endothelial cells.

We have used this CD133 antibody for quite some time, as it gives us highly reproducible results and easily identified staining. The concentration ratio allows us to do multiple sets of slides with the same lot and produces publication-quality results every time." Review date: 04 Sep 2020
We stained fresh mouse frozen retinal/eye tissues in 1:100 and 1:200 with orb98335, and both worked.
When doing ELISA to detect sepsis serum, the standard and data quality are very good!
The standard is very good, and the ELISA experiment results are quite good.
We performed CHIP-SICAP, a modified CHIP protocol that involves stringent wash to remove non-specific chromatin-associated proteins. So, labeling DNA with biotin followed by steptavidin is key to achieving high sensitivity. We evaluated the results by qPCR. We got great results with as little as four times of the cells as prescribed by other CHIP SICAP users.
The product seems to be reliable and confers robust results, with reproductivity. The pricing is fair, although import fee and shipping times can be a nuisance. Good product overall.
The IFNAR1 antibody (orb5499) was effective and easy to titrate for accurate results in human FC test.
"Great quality product. Antibody very high quality, achieved very high publication quality gels, no specificity issues and the protocol was spot on! Worked first time no optimization required."
The chemical easily labeled nascent peptides even at lower concentrations. I have repeated the experiments three times, and the results are consistent.
Works on primary mouse cells. Some colocalization was observed with other pFGFR1 antibodies.
Performs well in Western blot lysates of cell lines. Good for WB.
Its a very good product. This antibody is great for research use.
