Detection of human c-KIT by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from GaMG, HEL 92.1.7, HEK293T, HUVEC-C, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-c-KIT recombinant monoclonal antibody (orb1733237) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes. Lower Panel: Rabbit anti-Actin recombinant monoclonal antibody.
