Application Notes	This purified antibody has been tested by dot blot and is suitable for use in ELISA and western blotting. By western blot a band approximately 10.7 kDa in size corresponding to mouse MIP-3α protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
