Flow cytometry multicolor surface staining of human lymphocytes using anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) APC antibody (10 µl reagent / 100 µl of peripheral whole blood) and intracellular staining of human lymphocytes using anti-TRIM (TRIM-04) PE antibody (concentration in sample 1 µg/ml).
Comparison of anti-TRIM (TRIM-04) PE antibody nonspecific intracellular staining (red) and mouse IgG2a Isotype control (MOPC-173) PE antibody nonspecific intracellular staining (concentration in sample 5 µg/ml, same as anti-TRIM PE concentration, blue) co-stained by anti-mouse CD3 (145-2C11) APC antibody (concentration in sample 1.2 µg/ml) in flow cytometry analysis of murine splenocyte suspension. Clone TRIM-04 is not specific for murine TRIM.
