In Vitro	Nemvaleukin alfa was able to activate lymphocyte subpopulations in cynomolgus monkeys and human samples with EC50 values ranging from 0.45 to 2.2 nM. Nemvaleukin alfa induced the activation of medium-affinity IL-2R on human cells (HH cells) after treatment for 30 minutes at concentrations ranging from 0-100 nM. Under the same conditions, Nemvaleukin alfa was also able to induce the expression of pSTAT5 in NK cells with an EC50 value of 0.45 nM.
