Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Acid Phosphatase [Potato]. Cross reactivity against Acid Phosphatase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined. |
