ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human CCR4 Protein, hFc Tag (orb1173761) can bind Anti-CCR4 Neutralizing antibody (orb1291229) in a linear range of 1.02–740.74 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1291229, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis with 1 μg/mL Anti-CCR4 (mogamulizumab biosimilar) mAb (orb1291229) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human CCR4 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
