Expi 293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (A) and human CD138 (B) were surface stained with Rabbit anti-CD138 monoclonal antibody 1 μg/ml (clone: DM45) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD138 mAb (orb757371). (A) orb757371 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD138. (B) A clear peak shift of orb757371 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD138-expressing MM.1S cells, indicating strong binding of orb757371 to CD138. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
