ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/ml (100 μL/well) Human CD70, mFc-His tagged protein orb689401 can bind Anti-CD70 Neutralizing antibody in a linear range of 3.91-139.9 ng/ml.
HEK293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (B) and human CD70 (A) were surface stained with anti-CD70 neutralizing antibody 1 μg/ml (vorsetuzumab) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-human IgG secondary antibody.
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD70 mAb (orb689310). (A) A clear peak shift of orb689310 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD70-expressing THP1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb689310 to CD70. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
