Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human EREG mAb (orb1743124). (A) orb1743124 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express EREG. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743124 was seen compared to the control when incubated with EREG-expressing SiHa cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743124 to EREG. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
