Western blot using anti-Myelin basic protein antibody 845D3. Human brain cerebellum (A) and hippocampus (B) tissue lysates (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blots were probed with the mouse version of 845D3 (orb2645600) at 0.0001 µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.
