ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/ml (100 μL/well) Human Trop2, mFc-His tagged protein orb689477 can bind Anti-Trop2 Neutralizing antibody in a linear range of 0.13-16.0 ng/ml.
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human Trop2 mAb (orb689328). (A) orb689328 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express Trop2. (B) A clear peak shift of orb689328 was seen compared to the control when incubated with Trop2-expressing A431 cells, indicating strong binding of orb689328 to Trop2. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
HEK293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (B) and human Trop2 protein (A) were surface stained with anti-Trop2 neutralizing antibody 1 μg/ml (sacituzumab) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-human IgG secondary antibody.
