SKU: orb1985052

Description

Becatecarin is a water-soluble rebeccamycin analog that acts as a dual topoisomerase I/II inhibitor by intercalating DNA and stabilizing the topoisomerase-DNA complex, leading to DNA cleavage and apoptosis.
