Bovine CB9.7 of type II collagen (Bovine cyanogen bromide digested peptide 9.7) is a peptide fragment resulting from the cyanogen bromide digestion of type II collagen, used for the investigation of B and T cell epitopes related to type II collagen. This product is free from pepsin, making it ideal for analyzing T cell epitope specificity via proliferation assays. Additionally, Bovine CB9.7 can serve as an antigen in ELISA to assess antibody epitope specificity.
