IHC testing of FFPE human melanoma with CD86 antibody (clone CDLA86). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Tris buffer with 1 mM EDTA, pH9, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Western blot testing of Daudi cell lysate using CD86 antibody (clone CDLA86). Observed molecular weight: 38~70 kDa depending on glycosylation level.
