Application Notes	Further information: Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3958 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. CLEC2D / OCIL / LLT1 antibody immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).

CLEC2D / OCIL / LLT1 antibody (0.3 µg/ml) staining of U937 cell lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.
