In Vivo	Edoxaban (0.256 and 0.508 μM) doubles the prothrombin time in human plasma and partially activates the thromboplastin time.
In Vitro	In thrombosis models involving rats and rabbits, Edoxaban demonstrates a dose-dependent inhibition of thrombus formation. Edoxaban (p.o.) elicits effective anti-Xa activity and achieves high plasma drug concentrations in both rats and monkeys. Read more...
