Elezanumab (1-10 mg/kg; IV; weekly; 5 times) promotes axonal regeneration and prevents axonal regeneration in the female Lewis rat model of optic nerve crush and optic neuritis Retinal nerve fiber layer degeneration. Elezanumab (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 mg/kg; IV; once weekly; 3 times) promotes axonal regeneration in a spine-targeted female Lewis rat model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and remyelination, reducing the area of inflammatory lesions and improving functional recovery.
