In Vivo	Glenzocimab ( 1-8 mg / kg ; i.v. ) inhibited collagen-induced platelet aggregation in cynomolgus monkeys [ 2 ].
In Vitro	Inhibited the binding of GPVI-Fc to collagen immobilized on microtiter plates, glenzocimab (0-100,000 ng/mL) demonstrated an IC50 of 1.37 μg/mL.
