Application Notes	This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 40.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 50 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition due to glycosylation and 100 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition.
