Immunofluorescence of MDA5 in Human Lymph Node cells with MDA5 antibody at 20 ug/ml.

Western blot analysis of Anti-MDA5 antibody (orb1537746, 0.4 µg/ml; 15 µg of lysate per lane). Lane 1: Daudi cell line. Lane 2: HeLa cell line. Antibody produced a predominant band at ~117kDA in both cell lines.
