In Vivo

Iscalimab can prolong the rejection free survival of kidney allografts in cynomophagous monkeys. In a preclinical porcine to rhesus monkey kidney xenotransplantation model, Iscalimab was administered at a load dose of 30 mg/kg on day 0, followed by weekly subcutaneous injections of 10 mg/kg for 10 weeks, then reduced to 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks, and clinically significant rejection was found.
