Western blot analysis of JAK1 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-JAK1 antibody (orb1816865) at 1/500 dilution. Lane 1: SW480 cell lysate, Lane 2: HT-29 cell lysate, Lysates/proteins at 10 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 133 kDa, Observed band size: 133 kDa, Exposure time: 2 minutes, 6% SDS-PAGE gel.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue with Rabbit anti-JAK1 antibody (orb1816865) at 1/200 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (orb1816865) at 1/200 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat kidney), Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min, Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes, Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min, Incubation with (JAK1) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (orb1816865) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructionsand DAB staining.
