Lazertinib mesylate hydrate

Lazertinib (YH25448) mesylate hydrate is a potent, selective, orally available, and irreversible EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. It exhibits high selectivity toward activating EGFR mutations (EGFRm) and T790M-resistant mutations. Lazertinib mesylate hydrate effectively inhibits the phosphorylation of EGFR, AKT, and ERK, leading to the induction of apoptosis and suppression of tumor growth in mouse models of H1975-luc brain metastases xenografts. This compound is applicable in the study of non-small cell lung cancer.
