MEK1 Antibody (M1) western blot analysis in Jurkat, PC-12, rat C6 cell line and mouse brain lysates (35 ug/lane).This demonstrates the MEK1 antibody detected the MEK1 protein (arrow).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with MEK1 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
