Western blot analysis of MTNR1A Antibody (Center) in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MTNR1A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
MTNR1A Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
All lanes: Anti-MTNR1A Antibody (Center) at 1:500 dilution. Lane 1: HepG2 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: CCRF-CEM whole cell lysate. Lane 3: Hela whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 36 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
