It inhibits the YAP/TAZ-TEAD interaction with an IC50 of 1.8 nM and shows significant selective inhibitory activity against YAP-dependent cancer cells, effectively suppressing YAP-mediated transcriptional activity. This compound is applicable in mesothelioma and glioma research.
