Rabbit CD45 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody

Detection of human CD45 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from Jurkat, HEK293T, MOLT-4, HeLa, and SR cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-CD45 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-178-12C7] (orb1519975) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds. Lower Panel: Rabbit anti-COPB2 antibody.

CD45 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1519975). For blotting immunoprecipitated CD45, orb1519975 was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
