| Reconstitution | Before reconstitution, allow both the product and the reconstitution diluent to equilibrate to room temperature. Tap or briefly centrifuge the vial to collect the lyophilized powder at the bottom before opening. Add the diluent at the concentration recommended in the datasheet; contact us if a higher stock concentration is needed. After adding the diluent, cap the vial and gently invert by hand or place on a slow rocker to coat all inner surfaces (do not vortex or pipette up and down). Allow the vial to sit at room temperature with gentle agitation for at least 15 minutes. Then aliquot the reconstituted material into polypropylene or siliconized tubes, with a recommended aliquot size of at least 10 μL per tube, and store for single-use only. |
