Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Plant) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 2 μg total RNA derived from a wide range of plants, including Arabidopsis thaliana,Nicotiana tabacum,Triticum aestivum,Zea mays,Populus tomentosa,Actinidia chinensis,Ginkgo biloba, and Gossypium hirsutum . Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
