Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human brain tissue labeling S100B antibody with orb1735083 at 1/100.

Immunohistochemical of frozen sections. Sample: rat brain. Green: S100B (orb1735083): 1-200, Anti-rabbit 488: 1-500.

This blot was produced using a 15% SDS-PAGE. The gel was run at 140V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 18V for 60 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1735083 overnight at 4°C. Lysates/proteins at 35 µg per lane Anti-S100B antibody at 1/700 dilution.
