Sigma-LIGAND-1 hydrochloride

Sigma-LIGAND-1 hydrochloride is a selective sigma receptor ligand with high affinity for the DTG (IC50 = 16 nM) and PPP (IC50 = 19 nM) binding sites, while showing much lower affinity for the dopamine D2 receptor (Ki = 4000 nM). This compound is a useful pharmacological tool for investigating sigma receptor function in neuropharmacology and behavioral studies, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
