ImmunoFluorescence of cell. Sample: HeLa cells, serum-starved overnight and treated with Human Interferon-α1 (hIFN-α1) 30 min. Green: STAT1, monoclonal antibody (orb1973101): 1-200.

Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1973101 overnight at 4°C. STAT1, monoclonal antibody at 1/500 dilution. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.
