Dilution Range	Dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50.

Application Notes	FC: Antibody 52B83 was used to stain soluble TNF bound to TNF receptors. Cells were fixed in PBA containing 0.2% formaldehyde (Ref. 3) W: A reduced sample treatment and 15% SDS-Page was used. The band size observed is 17 kDa (Ref.4). IHC-F: 6-um tissue sections were fixed in acetone for 10 minutes (Ref. 4).
