Wide sample compatibility: suitable for animal and plant cells, bacteria or blastomeres, trophectoderm cells, sperm and other samples. High coverage: after single-cell genome amplification, the coverage of more than 95% can be achieved. High uniformity: can be used for >1 Mb chromosome copy number variation analysis. High fidelity: The fidelity of Phi29 DNA polymerase is 1000 times higher than that of Taq enzyme. Simple operation: single-tube reaction, the operation time is less than 10 minutes, and the amplification product does not need to be purified.
