The FlysisAmp Cells-to-cDNA Kit is a fast, efficient kit for harvesting cDNA directly from cells and is compatible with 10 - 10 6 cultured cells. Genomic DNA elimination and RNA acquisition can be completed directly in the cell culture plate, no need to go through the complicated RNA extraction process. With the upgraded HiScript IV RT SuperMix for first-strand cDNA synthesis, the whole process takes only 27 min, which improves efficiency while also reducing losses during sample purification. This kit is compatible with a wide range of cell types (adherent or suspension cells) and cell quantities, and can also solve the problem of unsatisfactory extraction results with low cell numbers in traditional extraction methods. This kit can be used for high-throughput (96-/384-well cell culture plate) acquisition of cellular RNA and first-strand cDNA synthesis.
