−| Storage | Store at -30 ~ -15°C and ship at ≤0°C . Performance Faster Reaction Complete genomic DNA removal and reverse transcription in 5 minutes. Total RNA from 293T cells (100 ng) was used as a template for reverse transcription reactions with Vazyme #R433, following the manufacturer’ s protocol at different reverse transcription times (5 min, 10 min, and 15 min). The resulting cDNA was then subjected to qPCR quantification for multiple genes using Vazyme #Q712. The results demonstrate that Vazyme #R433°Chieved effective reverse transcription at both the 5-minute rapid time and the 15-minute standard time. Higher Reverse Transcription Efficiency Reverse transcription reactions were conducted using 100 ng of RNA from animal cells, plant tissues, and animal tissues as templates with Vazyme #R433, Vazyme #R333, and other commercially available reverse transcription reagents (Supplier A and B), following the recommended protocols for each product. The resulting cDNA underwent quantitative analysis of multiple genes through qPCR. The results indicate that Vazyme #R433°Consistently yielded lower C T values across different testing systems, indicating superior reverse transcription efficiency compared to both Vazyme #R333 and the products from Supplier A and B. |
