VAHTS Library Quantification Kit for Illumina is specially designed for accurate quantification of\nthe concentration of a DNA library for Illumina high-performance sequencing platform using\nSYBR Green qPCR. The principle is to draw a standard curve using DNA Standard 1 - 6, and\nthen calculate the absolute concentration of the library to be tested according to the standard\ncurve. VAHTS SYBR qPCR Master Mix included in this kit is a new-type qPCR mix based on\nantibody modified hot-start DNA polymerase, which is of high specificity, high amplification\nefficiency, broad GC content compatibility, and high sensitivity.
