M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase is an M-MLV mutant with loss of RNase H activity obtained by site-directed mutation. Compared with wild-type M-MLV, the M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase exhibits higher thermostability and greater processivity, making it a better choice in long cDNA synthesis and high-temperature reverse transcription. M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase possesses terminal nucleotidyl transferase (TdT) activity and can be used in 5' RACE or other experiments.

Application Notes	Long cDNA products: The RNase H activity has been removed by site-directed mutagenesis. Reliable reverse transcription efficiency: It has stable and reliable reverse transcription performance for RNA templates above 100 ng. Broad compatibility: It can be used for 5'-RACE reaction and cDNA library construction. The ontained cDNA is ≤5 kb.
