VDR agonist 1

SKU: orb1708260

Description

VDR agonist 1 (compound 28) is a potent nonsteroidal Vitamin D receptor agonist (IC50 = 690 nM in MCF-7 cells). It arrests the cell cycle via p21/p27 upregulation and promotes apoptosis by modulating BAX/Bcl-2, making it a useful research tool for studying VDR signaling in cancer models both in vitro and in vivo.
