Description

This small peptide inhibitor, known as peptide P3 or VSPPLTLGQLLS TFA, suppresses FGFR3 phosphorylation. It has been shown to inhibit 9-cis-retinoic acid-induced tracheal lymphangiogenesis in vivo and to block key lymphatic endothelial cell functions—proliferation, migration, and tubulogenesis—in vitro.
