Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human peripheral blood leukocytes stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of BBK4 (orb1463353) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb1463353, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (orb256390) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Western Blot using anti-4-1BB antibody BBK4. Human peripheral blood monocytes(A) (0.3 µg/ml) cells lysate and human tonsil(B) (1 µg/ml) tissue lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of BBK4 (orb1463353) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
