Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human BTN3A1 mAb (orb1174075). (A) orb1174075 does not bind to MCF-7 cells that do not express BTN3A1. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1174075 was seen compared to the control when incubated with BTN3A1-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1174075 to BTN3A1. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
