Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD24 mAb (orb1291204). (A) orb1291204 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD24. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1291204 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD24-expressing MCF-7 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1291204 to CD24. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
