![Anti-CD25 [OX-39 ]](/images/pub/media/catalog/product/NewWebsite/35/orb2645731_1.png)
Flow-cytometry using anti-CD25 (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha) antibody OX-39 Staining of unstimulated (blue) and 3-day Concanavalin A stimulated (red) rat (Rattus norvegicus) lymphocytes with the rabbit-chimeric version of OX-39 (orb2645730) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Alexa Fluor ® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer. Concanavalin A stimulation induces CD25 expression as evident by the increased fluorescence signal.

Immunofluorescence staining of fixed rat splenocytes with anti-CD25 (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha) antibody OX-39. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed rat (Rattus norvegicus) splenocytes on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric rabbit version of OX-39 (orb2645730) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml), showing membrane staining of a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb2645730, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
