Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD200 that also known as OX-2, is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the Ig superfamily. CD200 is widely expressed in multiple cell types.D200 interacts with a structurally related receptor expressed mainly on myeloid cells and is involved in regulation of macrophage and mast cell function. CD200 functions as a costimulatory molecule independent of the CD28 pathway
